Practical Nursing Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Practical Nursing Specialist to become a vital part of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong commitment to patient care and aims to deliver a positive and fulfilling experience for our patients. Excellent communication abilities are crucial for thriving in our collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position available at one of our clinics across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Exhibiting clinical proficiency as a Practical Nurse, which includes administering medications, establishing a sterile environment, and ensuring the cleanliness of medical instruments.
- Effectively liaising with other healthcare providers to coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Accurately documenting clinical and surgical notes in patient records.
- Providing the highest standard of patient care and service consistently.
- Following established policies and procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhancing patient retention by delivering exceptional care and experiences.
- Valid LPN license.
- Current ACLS and IV certifications, or the ability to obtain them upon hiring.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
- Strong focus on patient care and experience.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Experience in a plastic surgery setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues creatively.
- Strong multitasking skills and responsiveness to both patients and team members.
