Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Financial Management: You possess over 8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Government Contracting Expertise: You have at least 5 years of experience in finance related to Government Contracts.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Deltek software is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Manager to enhance and manage our financial reporting systems, invoicing, and operational procedures.

• In this position, you will guarantee precise internal and external financial reporting while maintaining rigorous internal controls to protect our organization's assets.

• You will work closely with auditors, management, and various departments to meet our collective goals.

• Oversee monthly financial closings, perform spending variance analysis, and ensure timely completion of financial statements.

• Manage the reconciliation process of general ledger accounts and analyze spending variances for accuracy, implementing necessary adjustments.

• Assist in the preparation of annual Year-End reports and supervise direct reports as assigned.

• Develop strategies to minimize business and occupation tax, property tax, and sales tax, collaborating with qualified consultants.

• Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile month-end cost of sales.

• Collaborate with auditors to clarify accounting procedures and facilitate annual audits.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data management systems to support informed decision-making.

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting related to manufacturing costs, inventory, budgets, and capital.

• Perform additional duties as required.
