Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Program Financial Control functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and reporting while establishing and managing program cost baselines.
  • Develop, oversee, and manage project budgets.
  • Employ financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to aid decision-making processes.
  • Lead, guide, manage, mentor, and train teams in financial management practices and tools.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial contract deliverables.
  • Create financial status reports and/or charts to comply with contractual financial reporting requirements.
  • Prepare material estimates and delivery schedules.
  • Generate and present precise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective financial management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee data accuracy and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and research as necessary.
  • Provide guidance to Associate Financial Analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with customer budget requests and submissions.
  • Support customer cost management and hybrid technology cost optimization.
  • Facilitate Technology Business Management structure, identification, inputs, tracking, and management for customer IT investments.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional years of experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of defense contracting, FAR, CAS.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting and reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to work with Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An advanced degree.
  • Experience in FinOps.
  • Experience in TBM.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS EOD suitability; active EOD suitability is highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
