Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Human Resource Officer at Hyatt, you will be responsible for ensuring that employee facilities are maintained to the highest standards of operation. This includes conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment activities, as well as assisting with internal transfers and locker and first aid box inspections.
Key Skills:
You will need to be knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, and ensure that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
