Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising front desk agents.
  • Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Conduct thorough research to develop effective solutions to guest complaints and concerns.
  • Plan and implement detailed steps to resolve guest issues, using experienced judgment and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
