Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Omni Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide top-notch customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor new associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of service.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarize yourself with hotel software systems, including Epitome, Synergy, and Vingcard.
  • Problem-Solving: Address guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Possess a high propensity for customer service and a strong ability to handle guest complaints.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems, including Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including overnight shifts.
