Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage guest room assignments and ensure that rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
  • Communicate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure that guest needs are met
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and its services
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
