About the Role

Join our global Microsoft Community and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ARaymond. You will be an integral part of our team, directly influencing our daily operations and contributing to a culture that values your input and wellbeing.

Your primary focus will be on driving the transformation towards modern and cloud-based M365 applications. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be vital in maximizing the utilization of Microsoft products, ensuring that user needs and experiences are at the forefront of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee upcoming updates and deployments related to Microsoft applications.
  • Communicate these updates to relevant IT communities.
  • Proactively anticipate changes that may impact business operations and develop appropriate action or communication plans.
  • Enhance Microsoft license utilization by identifying underused tools/features and proposing adoption strategies.
  • Evaluate business needs, assess return on investment, and recommend optimal solutions/designs using Microsoft applications.
  • Manage M365 projects from initial analysis through to deployment.
  • Provide training to key users on Microsoft applications.
  • Assist end-users with Microsoft application issues by identifying solutions or liaising with Microsoft support.
  • Contribute to the Microsoft community by sharing knowledge and experiences with team members.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting or expertise.

Essential skills include:

  • Proficiency in M365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Planner, Lists).
  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft licensing framework.
  • General knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively convey ideas to various stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
