Essential Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including gearboxes, belts, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as NFPA, OSHA, and EPA.
  • Experience in cash flow analysis and equipment layout design.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to conduct time studies.
  • Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Ability to create and utilize CAD drawings for project layouts.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and various project management methodologies.

This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve successful project evaluations and implementations.
