We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer for Renewable Energy Solutions to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for fuel cell and electrolyzer testing systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to an engineering team focused on fuel cell and electrolyzer technologies.
- Mentor team members and foster growth in engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with various functional areas to ensure project success.
- Research and recommend new technologies and processes, contributing to hardware and software development.
- Analyze engineering challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Support sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams with specialized knowledge to enhance business growth.


Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- An advanced degree (technical Masters and/or MBA) is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in fuel cell and/or electrolyzer development or testing environments.
- Proven success in designing test systems and leading teams.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong technical foundation and innovative approach.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required.


Knowledge Of:
- Testing procedures for fuel cell and electrolyzer systems.
- Engineering principles and best practices.
- Design and engineering of fuel cell and electrolyzer test systems, including data acquisition, control systems, and related components.
