IT Staffing Business Development Manager

At PSR Associates, Inc., we are seeking a skilled IT Staffing Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality candidates to clients
• Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Participate in industry networking events and philanthropic activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Four plus (4+) years of IT staffing industry experience in a sales role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high sense of urgency
• Willingness to be coached by senior team members and willingness to coach/mentor/grow others
