Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Diverse Lynx LLC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue, understanding customer business landscapes, and identifying opportunities for optimization and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Understand and contextualize services and solutions across IT, Business, and Engineering
  • Generate demand through workshops, cold calls, and thought leadership articles
  • Develop proactive proposals and respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Manage financial aspects, including invoicing, margins, and payments

Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record in card and payments IT sales, including B2B Payments, Merchant Services, and Data portfolio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
