Position Summary
We are seeking an innovative and driven Assistant Clinical RN Manager to oversee our operations. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. The Assistant Clinical RN Manager will be instrumental in supervising our team and managing daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
  • Facilitate team development to achieve organizational growth objectives.
  • Coordinate immediate care responses and maintain effective communication with the care team.
  • Provide training, guidance, and oversight to a team of patient navigators.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and training resources.
  • Supervise and evaluate caregivers and healthcare personnel to ensure high-quality care.
  • Regularly assess and update client care plans based on ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Valid RN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to support patients in various locations.
  • Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000
