Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Levy at Target Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and engagement of our team members. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR business partner with a strong track record of driving business results through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective onboarding and training programs
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive business results
Requirements
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or sports and entertainment setting
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
