Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Administrator to join our team at JVCKENWOOD USA Corporation. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and administering sales programs and resolving problems with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various company departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Order Administration, and Information Systems, to develop and administer sales programs.
- Develop and summarize performance tracking of ongoing sales programs and promotions.
- Perform advanced and complex sales administration duties, requiring independent judgment, analytical ability, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, involving automobile and air travel.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing or a related field preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in operations, sales, accounting, or account management.
- 4-5 years of work experience in an administration/management role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) to interact with customers, sales representatives, management, employees, and other departments.
