  • Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
