We are currently seeking candidates for the following schedule:
Thursday to Monday, 3:00 PM to Midnight

Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services, including optional protection products and upgrades.
- Provide additional support to customers by offering directions, local area insights, and relevant service information.
- Handle incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and provide resolutions for customers and partner branches.
- Make outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
- Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
- Report any customer-related issues to management.
- Notify management of vehicle maintenance needs and any known issues.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Interest in a role focused on Customer Service and Sales.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, including no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the last five years.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Availability to work the specified schedule.
