  • Aseptic Sampling and Testing: Conduct aseptic sampling of ingredients, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Verify compliance with standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Process Monitoring and Control: Monitor process settings, material usage, and product weights to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Determine root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sampling, testing, and quality control activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicate evaluation results with operators, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in quality assurance, food safety, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, and digital camera use. Ability to train with new software and equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication, team-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
