Job Summary:

Superior Dairy, a subsidiary of Michigan Milk Producers Association, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our dairy products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct aseptic sampling of ingredients, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

Monitor process settings, material usage, and product weights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Verify compliance with food safety, customer expectations, product specifications, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections and testing.

Determine root cause of deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including sampling, testing, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles and regulations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
