We are currently looking for a full-time Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our North Canton, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) observation and testing services across various construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct construction observation and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Perform field testing and sampling of soil and concrete materials.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Provide written documentation to confirm that projects adhere to design drawings and technical specifications.
  • Engage in daily communication with project management teams.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as dictated by client and business requirements.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Ability to work extended hours, particularly during peak construction seasons.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Capability to meet all duties within client-established deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays for extended assignments.
  • Strong and reliable communication skills.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Environmental Science or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior practical experience in a relevant role.
