- Collaborate with team members and other personnel to ensure quality due diligence screening is completed in a responsive, client-service manner.
- Assist firm personnel in understanding the firm's conflicts and new business intake policies and procedures.
- 4-6 years of legal experience, preferably within a law firm.
- Must be an active member in good standing in a state bar.
- Juris Doctor Degree required.
- Exceptional analytical, decisive, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate concise, timely, accurate, and logical conclusions and recommendations based on analyzing data with varied content and format.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively and provide a quality and accurate work product with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in an atmosphere with multiple projects, shifting priorities, and extremely tight deadline pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to converse authoritatively with personnel at all levels.
- Strong research, computer, and database skills.
- Proven aptitude to quickly learn new applications.
