Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Technical Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance via phone or email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting using various diagnostic techniques to resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service to customers.
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Keep accurate records of problems and their resolution through our source of record (SysAid).
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements

  • Help desk, Service desk, Windows 10, Desktop, Servicenow, Support, Office 365, Customer service, Ticketing system skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
