Job Overview

Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp is in search of a motivated and reliable Administrative Coordinator to assist with various administrative and clerical responsibilities within our Component Picking Division. This role is essential in providing support to both management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively
  • Assist in generating routine reports
  • Organize meetings and document detailed minutes
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system
  • Procure necessary office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with office machinery, including printers and scanners
  • Competence in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong time management abilities with a focus on prioritization
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Robust organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
