Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Role Summary

As a key member of our team, the Front Office Supervisor will oversee and enhance the daily administrative functions within our clinic. This role emphasizes the importance of patient engagement, a welcoming environment, and effective staff performance. The individual will embody the mission and values of PT Solutions.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Achieve or exceed targeted metrics for patient visits and evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinic Managers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Patient Service Coordinators.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, contributing to the clinic's overall patient volume.
  • Provide coaching focused on enhancing front office performance, including referral management and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and analyze referral data and key performance indicators.
  • Manage front office staffing, schedules, and time-off requests.
  • Engage in monthly one-on-one meetings with the Front Office Manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication with the insurance verification, authorization, and billing teams.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned.

WAGE RANGE

  • $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Any stated pay range reflects a variety of compensation factors, including candidate qualifications, experience, and work location, while allowing for salary growth within the role.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required; submission of educational credentials is necessary.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills, with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and respond to urgent situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
