Business Development Manager

V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a Business Development Manager - Strategic Accounts to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a prospecting list in an organized and systematic fashion, utilizing both Bullhorn and ZoomInfo to uncover key POCs. Your primary goal will be to open new business via Diversity Leaders, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement, and to expand our current Strategic Accounts portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Prospecting list in an organized and systematic fashion.
- Develop business through research, lead generation, prospecting, networking, and in-person/virtual meetings.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of business plans utilizing CRM (Bullhorn), with targeted new accounts and completely mapped territories and calendars.
- Ensure completion of all required sales reports and detailed documentation, including timely entry of data into CRM (Bullhorn).
- Attend diversity events to gain new leads which turn into new logos/clients.
- Generate viable job orders from new business uncovered.
- Partner with recruiting to schedule Client spotlight calls to review job descriptions and understand company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.
- Maintain active participation and membership in networking and niche IT organizations.
- Meet all minimum requirements for weekly appointment activity and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Recruiting and Technical background highly preferred.
- Extensive sales experience opening and supporting Fortune 500 Enterprise clients.
- 7+ years' experience servicing, supporting, and generating new business and major accounts via DE&I, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Sourcing Partners.
- Experience with Bullhorn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, self-motivated team player.
