Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead - International to enhance our Customer Service department. This role is pivotal in refining processes and improving service delivery to ensure that customer orders and inquiries are managed with utmost efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service team in managing order processing and addressing customer inquiries.
- Expedite fulfillment requests as authorized by the department Manager or Director.
- Fill in for desk assignments as needed, including order processing and handling phone and email inquiries.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and provide coaching and training to colleagues.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database Management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $26 to $28, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation. Additional benefits include paid time off, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
