You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by answering phones, managing messages, and providing top-notch customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Answering Calls and Transferring Messages
- Managing Client Records and Data Entry
- Filing and Organizing Office Documents
- Maintaining Office Equipment and Supplies
- Coordinating with Staff and Colleagues
- Assisting with Special Projects and Tasks
- Bilingual in Spanish (Native English Speakers Welcome)
- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Working Knowledge of Administrative Systems and Practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Prior Reception Experience a Significant Plus
- Attention to Detail and Organization
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication
- Background in a Law Firm a Strong Asset
- $19-$22 per hour depending on experience
