Key Management Specialist

We have the perfect opportunity for you.The Key Management Specialist is a full-time position within University Housing, responsible for overseeing the records of all housing keys, conducting regular audits, managing temporary and permanent lock changes, and ensuring the security of electronic key systems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive key records
  • Conduct key audits regularly
  • Monitor and procure keys and cores related to housing
  • Respond to after-hours key-related issues as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with work management processes and key control systems. Familiarity with key monitoring systems and relevant IT experience is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills are essential.
