Your Responsibilities:
  • Instructional Duties:
    • Deliver assigned classes effectively.
    • Develop detailed lesson plans and course materials.
    • Evaluate student performance fairly and objectively.
    • Implement instructional strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
    • Safeguard assessment tools and confidential student information.
    • Manage and utilize learning management systems efficiently.
    • Ensure classes meet the required duration.
  • Student Engagement:
    • Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
    • Serve as a professional role model for students.
    • Provide constructive feedback on academic performance and behavior.
    • Communicate any student concerns to the Program Director.
    • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
    • Offer tutoring and additional support as needed.
    • Direct students to appropriate resources for further assistance.
    • Uphold campus policies and procedures.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay current with instructional methodologies and maintain accurate records.
    • Participate in faculty development and professional training activities.
    • Attend workshops and meetings to enhance teaching skills.
    • Assist with campus events and graduation ceremonies.
    • Help manage inventory and organization of educational materials.
    • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
    • Support equipment and technology upkeep.
    • Contribute positively to campus culture.
    • Collaborate with other departments as necessary.

Your Qualifications:
  • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Credential.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current state license or certification in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Compliance with all regulatory and institutional qualifications.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred.
