Your Responsibilities:
- Instructional Duties:
• Conduct classes as assigned.
• Develop detailed lesson plans and course materials.
• Evaluate students fairly regarding academic performance.
• Effectively implement instructional plans, supplementing approved materials as needed.
• Safeguard assessment tools and confidential documents.
• Utilize and oversee learning management systems.
• Ensure classes meet the required duration. - Student Interaction:
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Serve as a professional role model.
• Provide constructive feedback to students regarding their academic performance, grades, and behavior.
• Communicate student concerns to the Program Director.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
• Facilitate tutoring and makeup work as necessary.
• Direct students to appropriate resources for additional support when needed.
• Enforce campus policies and procedures. - Additional Duties:
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on current instructional methodologies.
• Engage in ongoing faculty and professional development activities.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and meetings to enhance instructional and professional skills.
• Assist with graduation ceremonies and campus events.
• Help manage inventory, organization, and ordering of supplies and materials.

Your Qualifications:
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Credential.
- A minimum of four years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Current state license or certificate in Respiratory Therapy.
- Compliance with all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
