Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
  • Knowledge of pulmonary function testing and interpretation.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
