Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
Instructional Duties:
- Deliver classes as assigned.
- Develop detailed lesson plans and course materials.
- Evaluate students fairly regarding academic performance.
- Effectively implement instructional plans, supplementing approved materials as needed.
- Ensure the security of assessment tools and confidential documents.
- Utilize and oversee learning management systems.
- Maintain the required duration of classes.
Student Interaction:
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Serve as a professional role model.
- Provide constructive feedback to students regarding their academic performance and behavior.
- Communicate student concerns to the Program Director.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
- Facilitate tutoring and makeup work as necessary.
- Direct students to appropriate resources for additional support.
- Enforce campus policies and procedures.
Additional Duties:
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated on current instructional methods.
- Engage in ongoing faculty and professional development activities.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and meetings to enhance instructional and professional skills.
- Assist with graduation ceremonies and campus events.
- Support inventory management and organization of supplies.
- Ensure a clean and orderly classroom environment.
- Assist with equipment and technology maintenance.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications:
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Credential.
- A minimum of four years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Current state license or certification in Respiratory Therapy.
- Compliance with all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
