About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Relationship Specialist II to join our team at Nuvision Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with members to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Perform a wide range of tasks, including opening new accounts, receiving and disbursing funds, and originating loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide operational support and exceptional member service, maintaining controls and safeguards while representing the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
  • Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity, upholding the Credit Union's commitment to security and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with all applicable Federal, State, and NCUA regulations, including BSA, Regulation CC, Regulation D, and Regulation E.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives, departmental goals, and individual performance targets.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position, with prior loan experience and a proven track record of reaching service and performance goals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all deposit account products and services, as well as working knowledge of loan products and associated systems.
  • Proven ability to garner business, with a genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and a caring nature.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
