About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Workday. As a key member of our Global Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted advisory relationships with customers to drive business outcomes and growth.
  • Develop customized Success Paths to guide customers on their Workday journey.
  • Deliver proactive and ongoing adoption and customer success value engagements at key moments of our customers' journey.
  • Act as a liaison between product management and the customer, communicating the Workday roadmap and its impact on customer activities.
  • Prioritize and drive resolution on customer issues, driving product adoption and creating customer champions.
About You

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing services role, including issue resolution and management at both business owner and executive levels. Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is preferred. Functional domain expertise with Financials is also a plus.
