Customer Success Role at ResMed

ResMed, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a vital role in driving customer value and satisfaction through the adoption of our cloud-based patient management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer adoption, risk, and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage customer requests for contract modifications and user changes
  • Identify and resolve at-risk accounts to ensure customer retention
  • Analyze systems for at-risk customers and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for increased customer utilization and offer guidance on additional software modules and professional services
  • Conduct special projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or success roles
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial and operational analysis experience, with proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in healthcare software solutions and the DME/HME industry
  • Familiarity with cloud-based patient management software and CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed to support customer needs
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
