Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for proactively managing post-sales customer relationships, measuring customer health, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers achieve maximum ROI from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully manage customer relationships from onboarding to renewal, including adoption and expansion.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, including executive sponsors, key contacts, and end-users.
  • Own a book of business with partners and customers, driving retention and growth rates.
  • Effectively advocate for customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve and improve the customer experience.
  • Proactively monitor and manage customer health, risk, escalations, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, engineering, or business development.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, installation, or configuration in a technical field.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving technical and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and align them with customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the traffic and ITS industry.
  • Experience with networking and IoT.
  • Fluency in additional languages (French or Spanish preferred).
