Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and making data-driven recommendations to drive growth and ROI.
  • Partner with customers to develop strategic plans for higher visibility and return on investment on the platform.
  • Enable customers to become VuMedi experts, understanding the value of their analytics and making informed decisions.
  • Lead the development, management, and execution of VuMedi's customer programs, tracking progress and delivering exceptional results.
  • Identify and forecast expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales to successfully close such opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to document customer status and updates.
  • Achieve and exceed renewal rate targets across assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and lead presentations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating ROI and reinforcing the value proposition.
  • Be an industry expert, partnering cross-functionally to solve customer challenges and advocate on their behalf.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and goals are met.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Highly consultative, business-savvy, and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing people and being a great mentor.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in managing complex projects with multiple deliverables and key stakeholders.
  • Technically savvy, with experience in data integration and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Eager to learn about evolving healthcare trends and proactive in finding creative solutions for customers.
  • Empathetic to customer needs and passionate about helping them achieve their goals.
  • A self-starter, confident in an autonomous environment, and able to make informed decisions and guide customers to success.
  • An engaging and captivating presenter, with a passion for talking with and listening to others.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working for a growing small-mid sized company.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical advertising, and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience with Tableau, Jira, Workfront, Salesforce, or other similar CRM tools.
  • Project and/or campaign management experience.
