We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our Property & Construction and Accounting & Finance teams, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.\

Job Summary\
\
In this role, you'll own a varied and stimulating portfolio of clients and candidates. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory. You'll also be responsible for managing the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale, as well as building close partnerships with clients and helping their business grow.\
\

* Developing and delivering tailored recruitment solutions\

Requirements and Qualifications\
\
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 1 year's experience in b2b sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of prospecting and closing business. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. A positive attitude, drive, and a desire to achieve meaningful results are also crucial.\
