About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Growth Manager to join our team at Century 21 Advantage Gold. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, team management, and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and sales performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services that drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management, with experience in business growth strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales management or business development role.
  • PA Real Estate Broker's License is required.
