Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our distribution footprint in your assigned geographic area. Your primary objectives will be tied to growing existing Paul Mitchell Professional Color accounts while acquiring new leads, selling new points of distribution to existing John Paul Mitchell System accounts, and ensuring brand-in-salon and store objectives are being met.

This field-based position requires extensive travel and necessitates residency within PA, MD, or VA. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a cohesive environment that drives success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop positive relationships with top-performing salons and distributor stores within assigned geography
  • Grow existing Paul Mitchell Professional Color accounts while focusing on acquiring new leads
  • Sell new points of distribution to existing John Paul Mitchell System accounts
  • Ensure brand-in-salon and store objectives are being met
  • Work closely with Regional Director to ensure education sufficiency for top-performing salons
  • Participate in local shows and events
  • Enroll and work with Pro Rewards salons to increase purchases to meet program standards and qualifying status

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. This figure is influenced by factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and education. Additionally, the role is eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid family leave, education-related programs, paid holidays, and discretionary vacation time.
