Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance a designated sales territory to boost market share and drive sales growth.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives to achieve individual sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market activities, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an outside sales role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in territory management and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate leads with a proactive approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
