Role Objective: The primary focus is to deliver mental health rehabilitation services and support to adolescents and their families, aiming to reduce hospitalization and crisis incidents while enhancing community engagement. This role ensures the continuity of program services in a manner that is ethical, legal, and moral, all within a secure and therapeutic environment, adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards. Collaborate as a vital team member in providing mental health services to clients and their families, integrating recovery principles into their everyday lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive case management services, including crisis intervention and skills training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within specified timeframes.
  • Conduct individual counseling and medication monitoring.
  • Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate educational sessions for clients, families, and community resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least two years of experience in mental health.
  • Relevant education, training, or experience in mental health services.
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Capability to present and coordinate educational workshops.
  • Valid driver's license.

Essential Duties:

  1. Adhere to prescribed work hours and additional hours as necessary.
  2. Motivate and collaborate with staff on effective clinical practices.
  3. Demonstrate self-motivation and problem-solving skills to meet complex client needs.
  4. Adapt communication styles to suit clients and their families.
  5. Complete all required documentation promptly.
  6. Assume primary case management responsibilities for assigned clients.
  7. Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
  8. Ensure compliance with client service record regulations.
  9. Maintain communication with all relevant staff regarding client processes.
  10. Coordinate services from various community resources.
  11. Utilize diverse treatment concepts and evidence-based practices.
  12. Deliver workshops and training sessions as needed.
  13. Familiarize with court procedures and represent clients as necessary.
  14. Participate actively in the Clinical Team and its meetings.
  15. Uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.
  16. Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
  17. Act as a role model in fostering positive relationships.
  18. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Compensation: Based on education, experience, and credentials.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
