- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Dementia Care: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in caring for residents with dementia, using person-centered approaches to promote their well-being.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License: Possess an active CNA license in good standing.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Training and Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications, with a willingness to take additional training or education as required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
