Position Overview

The Treasury Management Support Specialist Team Lead will collaborate with Treasury Management Executives, Commercial Relationship Managers, Commercial Loan Coordinators, Retail, and clients to deliver assistance for commercial deposit and treasury management solutions.

This position will serve as a subject matter expert in Treasury Management and may oversee Specialists at the discretion of the Commercial Deposit and Treasury Management Service Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities


Provide direct assistance to clients and team members by addressing general and technical inquiries related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries through phone or email.

Conduct training sessions for all treasury management services, including but not limited to, ACH processing, online wire transfers, commercial online banking, bill payment, sweep accounts, positive pay, Integrated Payables, and Remote Deposit Capture.

Execute system setup and maintenance tasks for existing and new treasury management products and services.

Prepare necessary customer documentation to establish or maintain treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts.

Assist commercial clients who have encountered fraud on their accounts.

Maintain an understanding of regulations pertaining to commercial deposit and treasury management services.

Identify and resolve issues within assigned responsibilities, escalating urgent matters to management as needed.

Provide specialized support for the line of business.

Engage in other special projects as directed.


Qualifications
Knowledge:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced understanding of line of business policies, procedures, and products
Operational workflows and secure file transmissions

Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic and discretion
Adaptability to change and professionalism in responding to requests
Willingness to propose new approaches to existing procedures to enhance efficiency
Analytical skills to address problems without clear precedents
Capacity to maintain visual attention and mental focus for extended periods
Ability to comprehend and process various types of inquiries in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in bank operations, with a focus on treasury management preferred.
3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Previous experience in roles identifying customer needs to expand relationships.
Strong background working with various PC operating systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat required.
