Compensation:

Starting salary of $47, with eligibility for overtime pay, on-call stipends, and additional financial incentives.

Role Responsibilities:

Establish a supportive rapport with clients, assisting children and families in identifying their needs and achieving their goals to foster stability and permanency.

A Day in the Life of a Family Support Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their family's requirements
  • Formulate a service plan with clients to connect them with essential resources
  • Guide families through the goal-setting process to facilitate successful outcomes
  • Coordinate and arrange family visits to strengthen relationships
  • Engage with families in various environments to evaluate progress towards their objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related discipline
  • Experience in Child Welfare (preferred)
  • Child Welfare Licensure (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

  • Completion of a criminal background check and fingerprinting
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possession of an insured vehicle
  • A minimum of three years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of required training for Child Welfare Licensure
