Job Overview:
The IT Support Specialist position presents an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills while engaging with a diverse range of customer service and technology solutions.

This role is tasked with providing extensive hardware, software, and systems assistance to both healthcare professionals and corporate staff. It uniquely combines the flexibility of remote work with the chance for in-person collaboration.

By delivering technical support and troubleshooting across various customer service and technology platforms, the Specialist ensures smooth operations and upholds high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address a significant volume of inquiries through various communication methods, offering professional and customer-centric assistance.
  • Provide hardware, software, and general systems support for user devices, diagnosing issues, and delivering prompt solutions.
  • Support healthcare center personnel and corporate users with technology systems, including athenaNet, Privia Connect, Salesforce, and other software tools.

On-Site Engagement:
Travel to the main office as directed to offer on-site technical assistance, tackle complex challenges, and collaborate with internal teams.

Case Management:
Oversee a variety of cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while maintaining clear communication and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Collaboration on Projects:
Partner with cross-functional teams on various projects and tasks, both remotely and in-person, to resolve issues and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Process Enhancement:
Identify and implement improvements in processes. Participate in the development of new support methodologies and report recurring issues and trends to management.

Documentation:
Thoroughly document all customer interactions, technical solutions, and issue resolutions in the knowledge base or ticketing system.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices. Continuously improve personal expertise and skills.
