Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including briefings, talking points, and outreach materials, to support the onboarding of new customers and stakeholders.
- Communicate Technical Information: Communicate complex technical information about our VoIP Engineering and VoIP Network systems through graphic design support using Visio or other MS Products.
- Support Communications with Leadership: Support communications with DISA J-6 Voice leadership, providing briefings and reports on work performed and its impact on key program milestones.
- Produce and Present Reports: Produce and present After Action Reports (AAR) to facilitate internal communications with stakeholders and leadership.
- Draft Leadership Announcements: Draft DISA J-6 Voice Leadership announcements, including whitepapers and PowerPoint presentations, to communicate key program releases and technical updates.
- Translate Technical Updates: Assist with translating technical updates and requirements to ensure end-users understand their impact on workflows.
- Conduct Work Simplification and Measurement Studies: Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to support efficient and effective operations.
- Develop Communication Plans: Develop cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events aligned to business outcomes.
- Assess and Maximize Impact: Assess and maximize impact on target audience, creating clear, engaging, and concise content.
- Capture Key Metrics: Capture key metrics and measure the effectiveness of communication solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications, Operations Research, or related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Security Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading strategic communication efforts, leadership briefings, enterprise communications, and change management.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability, strategic and innovative thinking, and passion for the mission.
