Position Overview
As we expand our support for government clients, we are seeking motivated and innovative professionals to join our dedicated team. The role of Administrative Support Specialist is crucial in assisting our NGA client.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating responses to tasks from the client to ensure that governance policies and perspectives are accurately represented.
  • Monitoring and analyzing daily feedback from the client to assess their experience.
  • Providing customer service support, including managing email communications and addressing client feedback appropriately.
  • Resolving discrepancies related to products and services based on online feedback.
  • Creating user stories and features derived from client feedback in JIRA and maintaining this data in Redmine.
  • Developing and maintaining metrics to track feedback status.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support environment, particularly with Intelligence Community or Department of Defense clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver user-based training for products and services.
  • Experience in managing and evaluating application feedback.
  • Strong data gathering and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Redmine, and JIRA applications.

Clearance Requirements
Applicants must possess an active TS/SCI clearance at the time of hire and be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph.
