Construction Industry B2B Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success by establishing and nurturing relationships with key business clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling, build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the construction industry, and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry, and a proven track record of successful prospecting and cold calling.
Key Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
This full-time permanent position offers a $65,000 - $75,000 per year salary, plus uncapped commission, and a full benefits package, which includes Medical, Dental, 401k, and Profit-Sharing plans. Remote work from your home-based office is also available.
