Account Manager for Industrial Sales

Fasteners Inc is a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking an Account Manager to join our San Jose, CA team. This role offers tremendous growth potential and the opportunity to build strong business relationships with our customers.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building excellent partnerships with all our customers, presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting and expanding the customer base, consistently reaching and exceeding sales and profitability goals, and delivering world-class customer service.
To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who projects a professional image and positive attitude, have previous experience in sales and customer service for industrial sales or construction industry experience, possess strong negotiation skills, be goal-driven and detail-oriented, hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
This position requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds of products on a regular basis. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
